The nurses gave me all the reassurance, confidence, and care. I had another anxiety attack as they were putting me to sleep and everyone in the room was so nice and caring. She is a compassionate doctor who sometimes needs a little nudging for necessary care that she considers extreme (in my case, anyway) but I appreciate that. "Dr. Robertson is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to discuss and explain things with me. Dr. Robertson is good about remembering previous conversations and concerns and following up on those conversations. I have never felt unheard or trivial in his office. He has taken good care of me in the four years I have been seeing him. He even doesn’t mind if you yell hello at him in the parking lot at the baseball stadium. In addition, the staff that I interact with the most at the office are also capable and kind. Ashley at the front desk is a joy. Amanda, the infusion center nurse, is a skilled and patient practitioner. No one can insert an IV like that woman. She gets it’s right the first time, every time. She a pleasure to spend hours with tied to an infusion chair, unable to get away. In summary, Dr. Robertson is the Cadillac of gastroenterologists. With a host of supporting employees, he makes having to go to the gastroenterologist not THAT bad."

"What say may sound trivial, but to us it is so refreshingly different. Dr. Davis enters the room, and sits down. There is no chart or laptop that he taps on or writes in as we have our appointment. He sits looking you in the eyes and really listens. Additionally, I have rarely encountered a physician who thinks and problems solves like Dr. Davis. My problem in coming to Dr. Davis is not simple, and many doctors before him just offered solutions to address the symptoms not the actual problem. Dr. Davis systematically tried solutions. I’m happy to say that through his diligence, I am better. Even if that were not the case, I would still appreciate his interactions with me and problem solving skills."
"We got off on the wrong footing. I didn’t think he listens to me. But I went back and actually told him my thoughts. He wasn’t a happy camper, but he listened. He study my test, X-rays and changed my medicine. Agree I needed surgery. But I would have to give him a 4."
