"My experience with Dr. Johnson has been a breath of fresh air honestly. I find him to be easy to talk to and I also feel the plan of treatment is appropriate. He is experienced and reassuring. He is also confident but not in a condescending way. That comforts me. I'm disgusted at healthcare these days. Especially for women, but he is one medical professional that I do not have to ask my husband to come to my appointments with me. That means a lot today. God Bless"

"I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson at Gastro Arkansas. In fact I will be bringing my mother to him when she is due for her next colonoscopy. I had my first screening recently and I was extremely nervous about having a colonoscopy. During my consultation with Dr. Johnson, I repeatedly expressed that I had a lot of anxiety about it. He was very patient, kind, and reassuring. He took time to address my health history, all my concerns, and never did I feel rushed or ridiculous for being afraid. His entire staff including my nurses both named Sarah and the nurse anesthetist Kasha were all so warm, caring, and professional. I was in excellent hands from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. The procedure went very well and I had no complications or issues whatsoever with the prep, the screening, or the recovery. I am very thankful to Dr. Johnson and his team and would not hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends."

"My first visit with Dr Johnson was excellent, he sat down and started talking to me about my problem seemed so concerned in finding the answer to help solve my problem and what procedure to do next. He wasn't like most gasterroligist that I had been to before they always seemed like they were in a hurry to get through talking to me. Not him he sat down and talked to me throughly and right away he set up appointment the following week I did this one test and had 3 the next week and now I know I am getting some answers that is going to help me. I would recommend Dr Johnson to anyone out there I had some really serious problems but I feel very confident that I am getting the answers I need now. "Dr. Johnson does not kid around - he looks at every possible symptom and will tests for all correlating diagnoses. He will ask you a lot of questions and go over every single med you put in your body and why- that is thoroughness! Yes he is busy, yes it can take some time to get into see him, but that’s because he knows what in the hell he’s doing. He will rule out all possible problems and order all specific tests related to your situation. I will not go anywhere else because at the end of the day I know I’m with the best. 👍🏻"

"I had an initial office visit with Dr. Johnson several weeks ago. I chose to be referred to him as my husband has seen, and has several procedures completed by Dr. Johnson for several years now. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy, endoscopy & abdominal unsound in mid-July. I will complete another review after my procedures are complete. Dr. Johnson was patient and answered all of my questions. There wasn’t much of a “physical exam” during my initial visit… as tests were scheduled for a later date. Visit took 10-15 minutes. It is my hope that following my procedures that Dr. Johnson May spend more time discussing, informing and answering questions regarding test results."

"I visited Gastroarkansas on a Friday because I had a medical concern. After only a very short wait I met Dr. Johnson, who went over my medical history and then gave me an appointment for the following Wednesday. His office called on Tuesday to insure that I understood the instructions I was to follow before the procedure and called again on Wednesday to invite me to come early because he was ahead of schedule and thought I might want to start earlier than my appointed time. I did and the procedure went well and I got home early. I was pleased with every moment of contact with Dr. Johnson and the Gastroarkansas clinic. Every employee was professional and friendly. They enforced the COVID-19 protocols completely, answered my questions patiently, and explained exactly how the procedure would be done. In short, the entire experience was made as comfortable as could have been done . I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. Bobby King"
