""Bedside/Office manner" is less important to me in a doctor than other factors, although Dr. Robertson has that covered. He listens well and responds without a whole lot of medical jargon so he is easy to understand. He takes his time and is patient. What I appreciated most is that it was obvious from the outset he had read my complete medical file, including past blood tests. We didn't have to work from "ground zero." He began informed about me, then filled in with me speaking about my condition in my own words. His decision was therefore well-informed. It's easy to to trust such a physician."
