About Bobby Kakati, M.D.

Dr. Bobby Kakati graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL with a B.S. in Biomedical Science in 2005. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama in 2009.
Dr. Kakati completed his Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Kakati completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Banner University Medical Center formerly known as Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American College of Physicians.
He enjoys traveling, playing soccer, playing basketball, watching and attending sporting events, especially college football.

Truly a caring and compassionate Doctor
My visit, while a new one in my colonoscopy journey and relationship with Dr. Kakati, was a good one. The staff, including Dr. Kakati...was friendly, helpful, and informative.
Dr. Kakati is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring doctor. He takes his time to discuss issues and solutions. He’s very thorough in his patient care. The staff are all very friendly, professional and caring. They all make you feel like you are in good hands.
This was my initial visit and I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Kakati. I feel like my concerns were heard, addressed and taken seriously.
